Shipping & Returns
Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please provide a complete street address. Clementine Boutique is not responsible if an incorrect shipping address is provided. The purchaser will be responsible to pay the additional shipping fees to get the item shipped back to the correct address.
In stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days of order placement. Please keep in mind that we cannot process or ship items on weekends or holidays. We will inform you immediately if an item is out of stock and when it will be available.
We hope you love your items as much as we do! However, we will gladly issue a store credit for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 14 days of purchase for defective items. Swimwear, leotards, monogrammed items, custom order and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns must first be approved before being returned for a credit or exchange. Please provide your name, shipping address, order number and reason for requesting a credit or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges but customers may return items to the store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
