Shipping Information

Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please provide a complete street address. Clementine Boutique is not responsible if an incorrect shipping address is provided. The purchaser will be responsible to pay the additional shipping fees to get the item shipped back to the correct address.

In stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days of order placement. Please keep in mind that we cannot process or ship items on weekends or holidays. We will inform you immediately if an item is out of stock and when it will be available.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: We hope you love your items as much as we do! However, we will gladly issue a store credit for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 14 days of purchase for defective items. Swimwear, leotards, monogrammed items, custom order and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must first be approved before being returned for a credit or exchange. Please provide your name, shipping address, order number and reason for requesting a credit or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges but customers may return items to the store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    All information we collect is primarily in the interest of accurate order processing. When you sign up on our online store as a new customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as first & last name, billing address, shipping address (es) and a contact e-mail address and telephone number. This information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order, and will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner.

    Clementine Boutique takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Our secured socket layer (ssl) uses the latest, industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.

  • Promotions & Sales - From time to time we will run sales promotions that feature discounted pricing on products. Some of our sales will last for a limited period of time while other promotions will continue until the products are sold out. Sorry, no price adjustments on previous orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized or ineligible use of discount.
